Shipping policy

Shipping to Europe

We ship to all 27 European Union countries. All orders ship from our warehouse in Québec, Canada.

• Prices are shown in euros. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination country.
• Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
• Estimated delivery time: 6 to 15 business days after shipping, depending on the country and customs clearance.

VAT and customs duties

Parcels sent from Canada to the European Union are subject to the VAT of the destination country (for example 21% in Spain, 20% in France) from the first euro, and sometimes to customs duties.

These charges are not included in the price and are not collected at checkout: your local carrier or postal service will collect them on delivery, possibly with a handling fee.

Restricted products

Some products (aerosols, flammable products, packages over 30 kg) cannot be shipped outside Canada. If your order contains any, we will contact you before shipping.

An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your package ships.
