Returns and refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return a product.

Conditions

• The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. For safety reasons, opened chemical products cannot be returned.
• Custom-assembled hoses and parts cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to make a return

First, write to us at pure-detail@hotmail.com or through our Contact page, with your order number. We will send you the return instructions. Packages sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund

Once the product is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect product

If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo. We will cover the costs and send you a replacement or a refund.

This policy does not affect your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
